the staff checked me in early and that was great. the room was immaculate with a good shower. the hotel's location is perfect with everything in close proximity.

the team was very kind and gave me a discount on my room. i appreciate the quiet and cozy room, it was what i needed. the location are also very nice.
the breakfast wasn't excellent. the bed were too hard, it was uncomfortable for me. i find the air con was set really cold and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. i needed to ask for assistance.

The hotel wifi worked very well. I was able to do video calls for work with no problems (different connections are available). The bed was firm, a plus for me. The hotel has a stable network and also provides a work desk.
The breakfast selection was not large. The air conditioning temperature was pre-set and difficult to adjust (the receptionist can adjust it).

The staff were friendly and helpful when I arrived late. I checked in around 3 AM after a long bus journey. They accommodated the check-in process quickly, very efficient.

The breakfast is served on the 9th floor. It features a rooftop terrace (it offers nice views). The food is refilled often so you can eat as much as you would like.

The location is in an old town area. It has an excellent starting point for explorations of the city. The check-in is available 24 hours.
